So creamy, delicious and good for you too! Eat hummus cold with pita bread or raw veggies.
Put in a blender:
2 cans (15.5 oz. each) chickpeas
2 or 3 cloves garlic
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup tahini (ground sesame)
Puree till smooth. Serve with a little olive oil and salt or cumin on top.
